Reached out for advice with my specific fridge/freezer issue and after a short time was well advised with every question I had. I inquired whether he had a specific part # on hand and although he did not, James went steps beyond by informing me of a local business that did have one in-stock (since my fridge died overnight) and he sent me the web link for the cheapest trusted source he could find; then he confirmed that my DIY diagnosis was accurate; and all of this was after-hours - 5 STAR SERVICE even though there was no money in our transaction.
