Update: May of this year, we decided to go ahead and replace both furnace and A/C units . Install was completed very quickly and professionally! There was one thing that we were dissatisfied with, and we contacted AAA. It was not in the workmanship, but an issue with equipment. Not only did Tim and other techs return, AAA owner came to our house and made sure everything was correct and acceptable! AAA Northgate comes to the rescue! A/C went out. They arrived the same morning of my call. Had it diagnosed quickly. We're up and running! We engage them for their maintenance plan (spring and fall checks). Small investment with big returns.
