The apartments have been completely redone as all building amenities. I feel proud of my new home. I moved in April 25th 2025. You will safe and comfortable🥳

My name is Bruce Osterhaus, I’ve lived Colona House since August 2022. Since the new ownership has taken over, the transformation has been incredible. You would be hard-pressed to find market rent Apartments as nice as these here at Colona House. With new flooring, cabinets, lighting fixtures, everything has been completely renovated the lobby area, dining area, laundry facilities.. I’m excited to see how the landscaping and new parking lot area will be transformed..

I have been at Colona House for approx. 1.5 years now and I am a happy camper!! My family looked at sever other places and I am proud we chose Colona House!! The staff here is friendly, helpful, and really goes above and beyond their duties to help us with anything . Also, the location is quiet for a senior person. I can buy groceries, get meds, Dollar Store are so close and several eateries close, so its great for me. I have never felt intimidated, afraid (Except The Loud Fire Alarm). I'm thankful Colona House was our pick for me to live since I am from out of state. Thank You P.B.
