I bought my Sundance from a different dealer, who is no longer in Dubuque, because of the customer service I received from Tri-state Pool and Spa. Now, that my dealer is no longer in Dubuque, I thought I would give Tri-State another chance. I went in for a filter, and there was an angry customer there who had to drive in to speak with someone, because the owner had not returned his phone call for three weeks. The lady at the counter was not able to look up the filter I needed, because she wasn't familiar with the computer system. When I finally figured out which filter I needed and was ready to purchase it, it took her 15 minutes to ring me up, because she didn't know how. I have three other unpleasant experiences with their customer service after this.
