These two guys were both very nice , efficient and professional. They were very knowledgeable about the installation process with the generator and how it worked and was supposed to be installed. Most definitely professionals at their job. They were friendly and polite , easy to talk to , had the answers to the questions I asked them. Popejoy is lucky to have them as employees for sure. If I were able to do it and needed a second generator I would most definitely ask for them to come and do the install.
They always kept me updated if the schedule needed to be changed they are friendly and fast and I didn’t have to pay unnecessary fees they did exactly just what I needed thank you for coming even though the storms
Always great service...I have used Popejoy since 2001! Too notch technicians. They have always worn show protectors and throughly clean up afterwards. When I watch and ask questions they are always considerate and informative in their response. They stand behind their work and don't just through parts at a problem.
