We had a funeral for my mother there and we were all from out of town. It was a pre-paid funeral and everything was taken care of with no visits to the business. Easy and very responsive to all of the family's requests. They even followed-up to see how we were doing.
My father passed away at the end of July. My parents already had the arrangements taking care which made it so much easier. There were a couple extra things that we had done and Steven did a great job in helping us. Steven and his team did a wonderful job. Also, his team has been checking in see how everything is going. All though losing my dad has been difficult for the family, Steven and his team helped to make sure that we had everything that we needed.
