Rev has taken advantage of my 88 year old mother. He installed the plumbing in her brand new bathroom and walk in shower. When she began using the shower water began coming out of the ceiling downstairs.She called him several times and he constantly gave excuses, he was sick, he was too busy but would bet to her asap. He finally after 2 months came out and realized the handheld pipes were leaking inside the wall. He said he would order the parts and line up a drywall contractor. She could never get hold of him after that. He has not returned any messages she has left for several months. Rev has the best workmanship and is trustworthy. The best plumber in Rockford. He coordinated with TNT to fix my laundry room plumbing nightmare. He also arranged time to fix my leaking water heater and shower. I cannot thank him more.
