Dr. Brown shared with us to give them time to heal prior to surgery which I'm glad he did, they looked messy when we first saw him our other pups were done out of state and never had the scabby build up to remove or wore a collar for 14 days, but we followed his recommendations nows Clyde's ears look like perfection!!!!! We are very pleased with his ears thank you Dr. Brown and staff for taking wonderful care of our baby boy he looks great and had no trauma from this experience.“
