The level of comfort and professionalism that Kristina offers is truly unmatched. She made me feel very comfortable through the whole process of my wax, and walked me through every step. The studio was clean and had a great ambiance, and that added to the experience. Her products were wonderful and she was very knowledgeable about them all. I was super nervous as this was my first wax, but walked out of there feeling like a whole new person. I will be booking my next appointment very soon.
