I have natural dark black hair and I'm looking to color it to dark chocolate ish color brown. I have no idea what kinda brown it should be, but definitely a color that is dark in the shade and a bit lighter than my current hair under the sun. Chong showed me the color samples, explained to me how the chemicals work and then she worked on her magic. She told me she mix 3 browns together to achieve the look I want. Omg, I love it!!! It's so subtle but I can see the color peaking out under the sunlight. By mixing 3 colors, she literally made mini highlights on my hair! I called to schedule my appointment, and I'm so glad I did! During my session there, I noticed she's extremely busy at the store.

You get what you pay for. Overall, she did a good job. She was quick and to the point. My only critique is that she could pay a bit more attention to details. A couple spots are not as clean as I'd prefer. If you want something cheap and fast, this is for you. If she knew I was going to tip her $10 for a $25 cut, she might have spent more attention to the details. thoroughly examine your hair at the end and make corrections as needed In all fairness, she did give me the opportunity to look it over and asked for feedback. Chong has been such a great stylist. I always had very poorly done cuts since not many stylists are familiar with short, thick asian men’s hair. Chong specializes in mens cuts and perms!! Have loved the results this past year.The photos below were a week after a perm appointment. The perm lasts so long and looks great for 3+ months.Services: Perms
