Visited this gym while in for a visit using my black card membership. My app not fully set up, Matt M. took the time to dig through the computer system to find me and left a note for the next morning crew so I didn't have go through that process again. Thank you Matt for following through.
The location is way too small for the amount of people that come here. This place is busy at all hours. You can't even find an adductor/abductor machine it's so busy even at 8-10am. I believe the bring a guest idea needs to go as it contributes to overcrowding. It's hard to get a proper workout in and go to the next machine you need because of how many people there are. This place needs to be bigger or planet fitness needs to open another location in the area to absorb the crowd. The staff is good and helpful, the place looks clean. Joined about a month ago (first time with PF) and have been very happy w my experience at this PF location!! I have yet to encounter a huge crowd on the days/times I’ve gone. Staff are all very friendly, kind, and greet you when you arrive. The gym itself, and particularly the locker rooms have always been clean. There are plenty of weights, cardio and strength machines, and lots of personal space for you to workout. The black card spa has hydromassage beds/recliners, massage chairs and tanning beds, which have always had availability when I’ve gone. Overall impressed and very happy so far. Nervous to try a different location bc this one has been so great!
