Optometrists in Downers Grove

“Was looking for a new Optometrist after dissatisfaction with a previous provider. I am happy to be able to say that Dr. Rina Sheth and the rest of the staff at Naper Grove Vision Care did not disappoint. Dr. Sheth was very pleasant and thorough throughout my examination. The optician I then worked with, as well as the reception staff were equally pleasant. As it happens, I had the opportunity to also visit their Naperville location because there were some differences in the frames offered between the two locations. Same friendly reception and helpful service by the optician there.

My reason for the visit was that I had previously had poor satisfaction with the progressive lenses that I got from my prior provider. I don't know if it had been the prescription or if the prior optician had made a mistake but the glasses were next to useless for reading, so I needed to use a separate set of readers for close work.

The glasses I got from Naper Grove actually WORKED for me. I was able to stop using my readers altogether and now have a single set of glasses that works well for all my needs, thanks to Dr Sheth and the Naper Grove staff. I highly recommend this team.“

“The front desk people were very short and seemed bothered that I was there.
If you can see past that the rest of my visit was great. Dr. Macek and staff were amazing. Everything was explained in great detail. Linda who helped me with picking out glasses was so pleasant. Explained all my benefits and made the process painless. Highly recommend. “I noticed 90% of the comments were before Trump lost office! Hopefully he can regain the leadership of our Great Country. Dr. Murchison is now the main mover in this practice and she is wonderful, but ..... she is practicing an extremely efficient business and is stretched very thin - patient practice wise - so you may wait to see her both to set an appointment and during the appointment. The receptionists they have had for the past 3 years are very courteous and reliable. However I wish they would have returned my credit card to me before I left their check-in/payment window today, 20240129.“

“I had the pleasure of getting my eyes checked by Dr.Danka at this location. There was a lovely woman at the front desk who helped check me in with shoulder length blonde hair (I didn’t catch her name) but she was so kind and helpful. She truly wanted my check in to go as simple and easy as possible! THEN after my check up a woman named Janice helped me get checked out and OH MY GOSH..she was so nice, helpful, kind and is the reason I will keep coming back to this location. She was so knowledgeable and informative. She helped me so that I could utilize the best of the deals offered and even took the time to make sure my experience was a great one! I am fortunate to have met her! What great staff they have at this location!“
