I’m new to the area so I took a chance on Michelle’s Lashes and Brows. I’m so glad I did. I made my appointment with Lily. She is amazing. I’ve went to several different places in a few different states, to get my lashes done. No place has compared to this place or Lily. She is very knowledgeable and professional. In addition, she’s so gentle and kind. Before my first appointment, my lashes were very scarce, and somehow I had a big area where my lashes fell out. Lily gave me her advice as to what type of lashes I should get. They looked so natural and beautiful. She recommended an eyelash serum as well. I used it for two weeks and went back to get my eyelashes filled. When I went back for my appointment, my eyelashes had grown so much that she was able to apply more lashes, so they ended up looking even more amazing. In addition, she tinted my brows, and I can’t say enough great things about them! Overall, I would recommend this place of business for any service they offer!
Finding a great lash and brow place is like finding the holy grail for me... I have searched far and wide. It's a big deal to find someone you trust AND does the best work ever. Look no further, this little hidden gem is THE BEST. 1st of all, the staff. The ladies are SO nice and super professional. Polite, gracious, and its super quiet and peaceful. The owner Michelle is always there working and making sure you like what you see. 2nd- hygiene. This place is immaculate. It's so clean and they have you wash hands immediately, wash your brows, wash your lashes. I love that they educate you on proper lash and brow hygiene. Michelle's studio is is not one of those cookie cutter businesses that just rushes you through to get a tech who probably learned to do lashes that afternoon practice on you. These are PROFESSIONALS. 3rd- the technique they use here is fabulous. It's European and the lash retention is the best I've seen. The brow shaping and tinting is true artistry. Measuring my brows to fit my face, sketching, waxing, coloring...they don't miss a beat. 4th- You leave with candy and they rebook you immediately. These ladies are flexible with time and the appts aren't back to back. If it takes longer to do the job correctly, consider it done. Michelle takes pride in what she does here. This is her passion and it shows. Just saying... I travel 30 minutes so Michelle can do my lashes. I probably pass 50 places on the way,but I want the best. So I will faithfully go. Highly recommend. I'd give it 50 stars if I could.
