From the help of scheduling to the behind the wheel for my daughter, everyone was super helpful, pleasant and informative! Always on time with the lessons and made my daughter feel comfortable. Pam Kranich was calm and very personable. We will be going through excel for the test as well instead of the DMV. Excel has made it hassle free. I have already referred others to go to the downers grove location.

We had a wonderful experience with my son’s driving instructor Pam. She was incredibly patient and took the time to answer all of his questions. Most importantly, she helped him build confidence behind the wheel while teaching him practical driving skills that will help him be a safe and responsible driver. My son felt comfortable learning from her and came away from his lessons feeling much more confident and prepared to drive on his own. We are grateful for her patience, encouragement, and the time she took to make sure he truly understood what he was learning. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and patient driving instructor!
