Contacted Jouhaina to have a dress hemmed and needed a somewhat quick turnaround. She was able to fit me in immediately that day, which I appreciated. She was very nice, direct and clearly knows what she's doing. She was able to have the dress done in the requested timeframe. I will say her pricing was quite steep to have a dress hemmed, however, she was very convenient for me to get to, and the fact that she was able to complete it rather quickly was a big factor. I appreciate her efficiency however it was much more expensive than I would have liked.
If I could give more than 5 stars I would ! It was such a wonderful experience with Jouhaina she is so knowledgeable and definitely knows what she’s doing. She was an absolute life saver when it came to fixing my wedding dress that was too big. Her pricing is very reasonable and affordable. I am so happy I found her! I highly recommend everyone goes to her for everything !
