Josh worked with us and our insurance company to get our hail damaged roof replaced. His attention to detail and extensive evaluation helped get the approval. When he and his team arrived to work on the roof, they worked to replace the shingles and took care not to damage or harm any yard lighting or landscaping! They were meticulous in their work and in the cleanup of the old shingles and nails. Josh even came back himself to make sure that everything was clean and picked up. I would definitely recommend Josh and his Lifetime Xteriors team if you want a trustworthy, excellent roofing repair!!

Lifetime Xteriors was wonderful to work with. I was in need of a roofer to take a look at a leak that appeared on a clients home inspection report. Josh was able to quickly schedule a time to inspect further and had a quote to us within a few hours. The repairs were done within the time frame we needed to close on the property. Highly recommend based on reliability, honesty, and integrity. Will use again and recommend to other clients in need.

Great company. Extremely communicative and very professional. They replaced my soffit and fascia siding, increased the ventilation in the eaves/roof, and did a complete tear off of the roof. The guys who did the siding were real pros. The cuts and miters are beautiful. The roof part of the project was completed in one (long) day. That includes tearing off the old roof, including the decking, and installing new decking and shingles. The roof guys did a great job and were respectful of my property with a good cleanup, including vacuuming up the little balls of insulation that escaped during the tear off. Call Joshua or Juan, you won't be disappointed. PS: When Joshua first visited to give me an estimate he noticed a loose vent on the roof that could possible leak. He went up on the roof and fixed it... before I had hired his company. That tells you something.
