TJ has done so much work for us that it's hard to keep track of all the projects. Our house is a 134 year old worker's cottage and K&S has done the following:
-New siding (including managing asbestos remediation)
-New windows
-New roof
-Gutters
-Garage brick repair and replacement
-Garage roof
Given the age of the house, these were not standard projects. TJ has always been very clear, communicative and honest. We contracted with K&S to remove and replace our siding, soffit, fascia, and gutters. TJ was outstanding from the first meeting. His attention to detail regarding fit, finish, and color selection is second to none. I would highly recommend anyone looking for an exterior project to use K&S.
I would highly recommend using K&S General Contracting for your exterior and roofing projects. A little over a year ago we had a complete roof tear off, reroof, new roof vents for kitchen/bath, flashing, new (soffit, fascia, gutters, gutter guards) and solar attic exhaust fans installed by K & S. After one year of services I can say the roofing has had zero issues and looks great. The soffit, fascia, gutters and gutter guards make the 46 year old house look like new. If you go solar attic fan make sure that it can also run on ac power at night when it's been really hot and or humid during the day.
