Jacobazzi family is great and Jim took care of the issues. Jim finally figured out why water was getting into the fresh air inlet. Everyone makes mistakes, they had the down turn on the outside PVC pipe on the wrong pipe, exhaust not intake from the original installation. Other wise there work has been great and very professional.
