One of our laptops was hacked. The Geek Squad was able to remove a hidden program that we did not authorize & completed a thorough scrub. Everything is now working and no more tgrears have been detected! THANK YOU!!
I've used this location, and others, for several electronic items. I've had great customer service. Geek Squad has also helped me out with several computer related issues. Geek Squad has done a great job too.
Olivia and Dan are the best Geek Squad employees one could ever imagine. I needed a diagnostic run really quickly and they got right to it without issues when I brought a device in. Super friendly throughout the entire process, would highly recommend to everyone :)
