“Michelle brought her creative flare to three major life events since we met:1. Our engagement party in September 20232. Balloon arch and lawn signs welcoming my now husband to his new home in the western suburbs from Manhattan3. The weddingWeddings are stressful. There are lots of personalities. Mine was no different. In three hours she was able to create my dream room. Despite this obstacle, she delivered what people from many states are still saying is the “boughiest” “elegant” and “most chic” wedding they’ve attended in years. The room itself is pretty, but she made it MAGIC. I forgot I was in a hotel. We had a few meetings and from that she drew to life what far exceeded my expectations. She communicated well with my mom which was really the only thing I cared about because I was busy finishing a demanding job. She knew the types of fresh flowers that would be in season, ones that wouldn’t, how to make it colorful without being tacky. It might take her a bit to respond to a text, but it is worth the wait. She is and her partner are busy and a small group. Despite this, she nailed it with the time she was given and the people she had to work around. I really hope I never have another wedding, but I cannot wait to see what she envisions for our next event!“

“Words cannot describe what a Gem Margarita is!!! Her flower arrangement was gorgeous! We received so many compliments. Especially since these flowers were ordered last minute! Margarita was professional, swift, and understood exactly what flowers and style I needed without being bombarded with pictures. For context, I came to Chicago for a wedding and found out that a relative passed away and was having their funeral the next morning. I panicked and started looking for any florists that were open at 10am. Surprisingly very few were opened. Not only was Margarita quick in picking up my call, she was very patient and guided me through my flower options, style, and gave me thoughts for the heartfelt words I’ll be including with the flowers. Honestly, I couldn’t ask for a better florist. She is the best! She also managed to squeeze me in between 2 other weddings that she had to finish flowers for and on Father’s Day! Carol created a beautiful long low centerpiece using the same kind of flowers I carried on my wedding day, and two additional arrangements to balance out the table. The flowers arrived promptly as promised and were just beautiful. I highly recommend using this florist for any occasion as I have in the past and have never been disappointed.“
