Bill at Elan Photography just took the best headshot I’ve ever had—hands down. He photographed my kids 15 years ago and to this day that portrait remains my absolute favorite of them. So yesterday when I needed a headshot in 1 day I called Bill and he said, “No problem!” When I arrived he instantly made me feel comfortable, we chatted a bit about why I needed this headshot in a hurry, our families, businesses, etc. When I finally got around to standing in front of the green screen with my feet on the markers, I felt I was with a good friend and my smile felt genuine. I ordered photos 2 separate times from Elan Photography. The first order got to me and looks great! Even better than expected. The second order was sent, but 2 months later had not been received. I sent an email asking what had happened. Within just minutes, I got an email back from Bill giving me the dates shipped and addresses for both orders. Bill assumed it may have been a mail issue and offered to send the second order again at no charge. I would highly recommend working with Elan photography. They are very professional, have great service, and a wonderful product. Much thanks to everyone who works there!
