I visited this facility as part of a job requirement to obtain a COVID clearance test before returning to work. Although I was still feeling quite unwell, my test results confirmed that I did not have COVID. The facility was well-organized, and I was seen promptly. After checking in, I waited for approximately five minutes. The staff member assisting me was professional and efficient, even mentioning the option to return for a follow-up visit if necessary. They also offered a drive-thru testing option. Overall, it was a smooth and convenient experience, and I would consider returning if needed.
I always have a pleasant experience every time I come to this location. Everyone is always so nice and helpful. The nurse Suzanne is absolutely amazing, she is so attentive, helpful and her kind personality is a plus as well. She always calls me before my appointment to make sure that she can take care of whatever I need before my visit. Thank you everyone for all of the hard work you all do everyday, dealing with people is a job in itself and a hard one at that. Keep up the amazing work!!
