Mr. Kim is a legend! I've done my own PC builds and repairs for about 10 years now. And when a storm surged my PC causing it Blue Screen, I couldn't figure it out. I finally decided to get a 2nd opinion on it, Michael found all the problems and got them fixed for a great price with a good turn around time. Very responsive, professional and kept me updated every part of the way. I will happily go to him again for any issues I get

Mike is amazing, I called him as he was closing but agreed to work on my laptop and had it fixed within his 2 hour window. I desperately needed it working again. Mike showed me things about my laptop I was not aware of so he is very knowledgeable. While he charged an after hours fee, I am relieved he was able to fix it immediately, so do not begrudge him his after hours fee. I highly recommend calling Mike first. Mike called me this morning to ensure everything is working well and promised phone assistance when I need it. Mike really is amazing to work with.
