Highly Recommend Americraft! We recently had our basement finished by Americraft, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Before choosing them, we got several quotes from other companies, but the high‑pressure sales tactics elsewhere were a huge turn‑off. Americraft was the complete opposite—Greg, Vinny and their crew were professional, transparent, and honest every step of the way. One of the things we appreciated most was the flexibility. They gave us the ability to adjust things as the project unfolded and permitted changes on the fly without making us feel guilty or pressured. Sue, our interior designer, provided a truly personalized experience—she was the expert guiding us through design decisions and helping us create a space we love. A couple times in the process I suggested things and she was very honest in saying it sounds good but trust me, you aren’t going to like the outcome of that! Her input was incredibly valuable! The entire team worked hard to keep us within our allotted budget, offering smart alternatives that ensured we were happy without unnecessary upcharges. There were literally zero surprises throughout the process or the bill. On the rare occasion of a tiny miss, the project manager immediately owned the issue and corrected it quickly, which gave us even more confidence in their integrity. Every crew member was insured, took their time, and delivered excellent workmanship. The finished basement exceeded our expectations, and we could not have asked for a better company to work with. We highly recommend Americraft for your basement finishing needs and will absolutely consider them for future home improvement projects!
