I would give them 10 stars if I could only because of Pete and Kilo Pete is the most detailed person I've worked with in years, I would give them less stars because of the office staff there seemed to be a great deal of miscommunication from both myself and the office staff but in the long run my wife got exactly what she wanted and I credit Pete with that. Exceptional customer service. They came out to our place and replaced the log set 3 times until we were satisfied. In this day and age you can’t find this level of customer service. We highly recommend this business!!
