Five Stars!! What a fantastic experience to deal with people that know their business and truly care about their customers. Rony took care of us from start to finish the minute we walked into the store. We were originally looking for replacement logs for our gas fireplace as the ones we had were falling apart. Rony took the time to show us all of the different options that we had, from a vented system, non vented, and a high efficiency sealed insert explaing their differences. Each had various natural gas costs from using the highest amount of therms to the least amount. In the end we decided to go with the more expensive but highly efficient firebox insert. Rony came to our house to get the final measurements and once he had everything for our order called and came out to the house again, installing the insert himself along with his helper. Rony also went over everything in the manual with us and thoroughly explained the remote control that came with our unit along with the warranties. He also went over the maintenance and options we have with that. We have this fireplace in a large family room/dining room that would never get warm with our original unit. What a difference this new insert makes. it did put off an odor at the first start up but went away in the first couple of hours. we couldn't be happier with the insert and install. Now we finally have a toasty and comfortable family room!!! We highly recommend Rony and The Fireplace Store for anyone that wants the job done right.
