The day of my appointment he was a no call no show. He didn't even apologize for not calling or showing up to put the water line in for my new refrigerator. Well my refrigerator is here and now I have to go through this all over again with trying to find someone to come by. I don't understand how some people take customers for granted. He might have not needed my business, but I definitely needed his service. I guess everything happens for a reason.
I contacted Ryan Plumbing to clean out a drain over the 4th of July weekend and they were able to come out the same day to do the work. They were responsive and took care of the problem.
Called for estimate on having my house repiped from galvanized to copper pipes. Made an appointment for 6/15/21 @ before 11. No on called to reschedule or came.
