my daughter (12) was nervous for a hair cut. curly hair, wanted to keep her length. Jacklynn made her feel comfortable, and gave her exactly what she wanted. Jacklynn also discussed school and sports making my daughter's experience more personal. she is excited to return to school feeling confident in herself! as we were leaving my daughter said "mom! I really like her, she's not afraid to talk about anything. we need to see her every time" ruining with scissors is very clean, nice temperature, comfortable chairs, great atmosphere, easy to schedule appointments. we're already looking forward to our next visit.
I'm new to the area, and this was my first time to the salon. She did a wonderful job. All I needed was double sided french braids. The time it took and the cost was perfect. I'm definitely going back.
Wonderful time EVERYTIME i go. Always finding ways to make my hair look even better than the last time! i love my fun colors and this place is worthnthe 3 hour drive there andnthe 3 hour drive back home!
