Trevor Pratt was our technician today for our quarterly treatment. He was very respectful and friendly. He was prompt, asked questions about our problem areas and treated our house, inside and out!

Excellent and flawless customer service from the start!! I submitted an online inquiry in the evening - early the next morning I received a call from Thomas. I had many questions that he thoroughly answered. After informing him I wanted to move forward, he scheduled my initial appointment for that same afternoon! The technician, Braedyn followed my request of a courtesy call when he was on the way so I could meet him at my home. He arrived promptly, answered my additional questions as he went along and provided explanations as needed. From the beginning this was a top notch, professional experience! Derek had to stop by my Dad’s as I was there taking care of him. I had to initial the agreement as this was my first day using PCC, I thought it was awesome he would do that, greatly appreciated.
