My mother’s air condition stopped last week. Farley put in a service call for Monday. Matt came with his smile, politeness, and knowledge. He diagnosed the problem. He was able to expedite the new motor. The part came in a day earlier and once again with a smile and politeness, he fixed the air conditioner. He gave the good news the part was still under warrantee. The service industry doesn’t always have a great reputation. Farley’s has now one of best in Matt servicing the Dixon area.

My refrigerator went out over the weekend. I called Farleys for service and spoke to Bronwyn. She was very friendly and very helpful. She was able to get me scheduled the same day for service. Juan was sent as our repairman. He was very professional and helpful and was able to get my refrigerator up and working. I would highly recommend Farley’s!! I will definitely be calling them next time I have a need.
