We had a CNA by the name or Darrel (apologies for misspelling) at the Dixon location that was absolutely amazing! He went above and beyond not only for my daughter to keep her entertained but also my son who was getting shots and was so scared. He took the time to talk with him and come down to his level. He had no idea how much it meant to me and my momma heart to see him speak with my kiddo with such kindness and empathy. Sometimes in the health field many just go from room to room getting what they need done and getting out but Darrel was amazing and took his time, keeping both my son and myself at ease! Thank you so much Darrell you were amazing!!!
I couldn't have asked for better people that took care of me. From my surgeon to the CNAs to housekeeping, all were very caring and knowledgeable. They were all amazing before, during and after my surgery. ❤️
