Paulie that works here is absolutely amazing. He never had a bad day. My kids look forward to his waves in the tunnel and smiling face.
A couple month ago I had an emergency with my son while there. A hot glow stick exploded in his face and got into his eyes. I pulled in to meet the ambulance and he was phenomenal from offering his eye wash station to standing by my car with my daughter until my grandma arrived to be with her.
He also always lends a helping hand when needed. I had a big milk mess in my car on one of my mats and he helped me spray it off before putting it in the machine out front. Every gas and wash needs a Paulie.
I haven't been to a car wash in like 25 years & they have an employee out there to explain how it works forgot to ask about the vacuum ?♀️ to much to remember, CS is a huge+ for someone like me and I try to only do business with a company that has a person around to help & would love a full service pump again I think it was a extra 10¢ a gal yrs a go probably 20-30 more but not everyone can reach their window or remembers oil and I defiantly Can't get the air in my tire's!
