Within 24 hours of our call they came out and inspected the old furnace and offered options on replacements. The job was done the next day. I highly recommend them.
I had a issue with my furnace where it was getting too hot and shutting off. I had called another company before calling Weather Control heating & cooling - big mistake, I should've called Daniel at Weather Control heating & cooling to begin with. He came out within the same next few hours (while the other company took an entire day to come out), while the other company said I needed a completely new furnace, he was able to diagnose and resolve the problem while also explaining the problem to me in a simple way in which I could understand. Would 100% recommend.
These guys were great! They were able to accommodate a last minute request when our home had an emergent situation. Tim not only did a fantastic job with assessing our furnace, water heater and piping, but also helped educate me in what and why he was assessing what he did.
