We'd been putting off the bathroom remodel for at least four years. After getting a couple of quotes from people advertising on a Park Ridge homeowners group, we landed on VVL because the estimator actually walked through what was realistic for the space instead of just selling us a package. the master bath had a slow leak under the shower pan that had been bugging us for over a year. two plumbers patched it and it kept coming back. VVL pulled the whole thing out, redid the subfloor where it had gotten soft, and rebuilt the shower with new tile and a proper pan. no more leak, no more soft spot by the vanity. they were patient when we changed the tile pick halfway through too. solid bathroom redo overall
