Overall great company to work for. I have work with STS Security, Inc for 3 years. If it wasn't for me having to move I would of stayed with them longer. They offer great benefits and competitive pay. They are always willing to help whenever you in a jam. For example, my car didn't want to turn on one morning and Lupe Garcia was able to get me an Uber to and from work. I have read on here that they are rude, but they are just blunt and honest with you from the beginning. So do not let that discourage you from applying.

They installed the Swiftlane in my condo building, a project which I managed. It was a great experience. Dale came out and spent a half hour on our property looking at different ways to do the installation. He seemed to already have a plan, even though they hadn't gotten the business yet. Then Luis did the actual installation. He was knowledgeable and personable. We had some kinks at the beginning, through no fault of anyone at STS's. And when those kinks came up, I really felt like they were in "all hands on deck" mode. The owner even called me to discuss. Highly recommended.

Management displayed professionalism and great business savvy . Impressed with their friendly demeanor and prompt response to any inquiries i had . overall a great company to do business with for all your security needs . Don’t let the negative reviews from disgruntled employees fool ya . These guys are great !!!!! Call them and find out yourself :)
