“I wrote a review about a year ago, but I wanted to follow up because after another year of outpatient care, I’m still genuinely impressed with the staff. Anthony Quesada has been consistently excellent. I honestly don’t know how he manages so many patients at once while still remembering what’s going on with you and making the care feel personal. I’ve dealt with a lot of different providers over the years, and that level of consistency is very hard to find.
I also really want to recognize the person who answers the outpatient calls and handles scheduling. He is extremely professional, remembers names, stays organized, and always seems to know exactly what is going on. I don’t know his name yet, but I’m going to ask next time I call and edit this review so he can get the recognition he deserves. The outpatient staff they have right now are genuinely great, and I hope CBH keeps hiring more people at the same standard. The people are really what make this place.“
