Joe was very professional and efficient. He solved my problem in a very short time annd explained what had happened to my system. Brian the service manager was friendly and had his people come even before they were expected. I have used this company for 30 years and I’m very happy with them.

We had a wonderful experience with Sam from Perfect Temperature Control! After our previous heating company abruptly told us we were no longer in their service area when we called to schedule our yearly inspection, and also failed to return and or refund us for a faulty replacement part they installed (which Sam told us never needed to be replaced in the first place), we were desperate to find a decent reliable company. After reading reviews, we decided on PTC and couldn’t be happier. We were sick of all the untrustworthy upselling from years past, so I implored Sam to please just be straight with us when we met.
