Ill see next year Ms Val:) Dimi. You made my experience so much more fun easy and faster than any person or company ive ysed before . No attitude.. thorough and up to date knowledge of the laws :) in a lovely clean well maintained office (lookin at y H&r)
Valerie was awesome! Very informative, quick and helpful! If you're ever in Des Plaines Jackson Hewitt, go to her. She'll take good care of you . 🙌🏼
My experience is always great, Larry’s awesome. The process took about 10-15 minutes to plug and chug. My only gripe would be that there are no incentives for returning customers. With all the options for filing Tax’s, I just don’t find it lucrative to continue the process in brick and mortar locations moving forward; regardless of expertise. A rewards program of any kind would be a great idea to keep existing and potential customers engaged. Thank you!Update: thanks for the response; however, any promotions should of been discussed prior to filling. There wasn’t any. I ended up paying more than last year. Thanks.
