Everyone is very personable and knowledgeable, from the front desk to the therapists. In addition, the therapists themselves are thorough, showing insight into what ails you, always asking questions about how the therapy is working. Couldn't recommend Des Plaines IBJI any more highly!
As is the case with each of the many areas of services provided by IBJI, the Physical & Occupational Therapy team is professional, knowledgeable, helpful and above all a real boost to recovery. From orientation to scheduling and throughout all the therapy provided, I have not experienced a single problem.
This is my first time Doing physical therapy I was a little nervous, but my physical therapist made me feel so comfortable and eased me into everything and I feel confident with my therapist, I will, indeed, gradually get better!!! ( here’s to hoping) ….all things aside this is a great place, everyone there was so nice and welcoming. Definitely 5 starsDeanna Nowakowski
