FIRST CLASS SMILES, Des Plaines, IL !!! A Great name for so many pleasant professionals, over under one roof! Dr. Yang and ALE (including schedulers Col and Maria) provides my family with the BEST service and the BEST smile! ALE is amazingly accommodating! Their service is worth the travel and cost! 5 STARS!!!

This place has been a godsend. After doing a lot of research, I came here hoping to get braces. They offered a free consultation, and there was absolutely no pressure.

I met with Dr. Grandinetti, and he was incredibly patient. I had a million questions, and he took the time to answer every one of them. We discussed the pros and cons of traditional braces versus Invisalign in detail. Afterward, he encouraged me to take some time to think about my options, but he also connected me with an administrative team member to review costs and insurance coverage. I've had a wonderful experience with First Class Smiles. Dr. Elize and her team have been awesome and extremely accommodating. From appointments, to any emergency and facilitating online like sending picture or contacting my pharmacy and saving me all the trouble to a difficult extraction, they have been amazing and offer good value.
I want to especially appreciate and applaud for Me. Karen who is the kindest and goes through every set of insurance, planning , hearing out what a patient has to share with so much patience and empathy. She leaves a happy mark on the patient.
