Sue and the entire family are the absolute best. I had a really tight deadline for dress alterations (24 hour turnaround). Not only did she work with me on the price but went above and beyond and pressed the dress as well. It relieved so much stress. I can now have my wedding day stress free! Downtown Cleaners is the BEST place in town! They take care of you like family.My significant other’s aunt passed away unexpectedly, and we had to buy him a suit from the Chicago Outlet Mall, and the pants needed hemming. I pinned the pants, and this was the second place I called, and the owner was so empathetic and accommodating. He helped us out in a pinch and had the pants hemmed quickly. I needed a dress hemmed last minute for the Saturday after Thanksgiving, and the staff at Downtown Cleaners were able to do it for me on time. The length was perfect and the price was fair. The staff is super friendly. Highly recommend!Service: Clothing alterations & repairs
