Clearvision Optometrist offers a positive and personalized experience. Patients appreciate the kind, caring, friendly, and helpful staff, who make them feel comfortable, heard, and very important to them. Sim at the front desk is exceptional with her attitude, service, communication and kindness. Dr. Tseng is highly regarded for her patience, expertise, and for being very caring and kind. She listened to concerns and answered all questions clearly. Patients praise her for providing effective solutions and for being highly knowledgeable. The clinic is conveniently located and easily accessible with ample parking.
Where to start?! If you want an excellent place to go to for your eye care, this is the place to be!
Let's start with Sim...what an exceptional human being she is...she is professional, kind and caring and goes above and beyond her job for her patients! I always have an great experience with her. They always get me in when I need to get in. A couple of times, I had eye infections, yep, no problem Sim got me in asap, and Dr. Teng gave me meds (when Urgent Care didn't) to clear it up quickly.
And Dr. Tseng...she is a wonderful, kind and caring Dr. She takes time to listen to your needs (I never feel rushed) and is highly skilled at her craft.

We are so glad we discovered this place. They are absolutely the kindest and most caring staff. This level of service is rare to find these days. The only thing I wish they had is in-house lab for lenses bc the 3rd party they use is a bit of hit-or miss.
This is by far the best optometrist experience I've ever had. I've actually haven't gone in years but when I did go they were so well helpful. Sim and Dr. Tsang were just fantastic!
