Linda called me back within a day and spent 15 minutes on the phone with me, asking me specific questions about my situation and telling me what she thought. She said that I should be able to find evidence of bedbugs if I had been being bitten for this long, and suggested how to look. I asked clarifying questions and she answered each one in a way that I found informative, clear, and connectful. She quoted me what I consider to be a low rate for a dog inspection (if I wanted one) compared to to the other companies I asked, which I was surprised at and appreciated.
