Could not be more satisfied with my visit with Laura. She took extensive amout of time with attention to detail to my concerns. I felt like she listened initially, targeted what I needed and then took time after the fact to discuss a plan of care and recommendations for extended recovery with me after our visit. If you are looking for someone who will actually take care of your muscular mobility, go see Laura! I will definitely be returning.

Laura provides a safe, calming, and judgement free area. I really enjoyed how she helped educate me throughout my massage as to what muscle groups she was engaging, and how I can better help and maintain my mobility at home. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I went here for the mobility massage after seeing them at DeKalb Pride. Laura is incredibly knowledgeable in muscle work as well as how to properly loosen and stretch everything in order to fix the root problem instead of just relieving pain. Afterwards she shows you exactly what she worked on and why, and little things you can do at home to help as well. Very informative, very talented, I will definitely be returning

From Create Health Mobility Clinic

Create Health was founded in Missouri in 2019 where my husband and I combined forces establishing a one stop shop of wellness. I provided Pre-hab and post treatment therapies and he provided Chiropractic Care. My husband accepted a position with the Orthopedic Group at Northwestern Medicine and in 3 months we closed up shop and moved back to our old stomping grounds. I could't leave Create Health behind, I thought I would bring my version of our business to Dekalb. Create Health Mobility Clinic is everything I offered my clients in St. Louis and more. Create Health Mobility Clinic is designed to help you create a wellness plan to assist in improving your daily life by improving your biomachanical dysfunction.
