Zhanna is an outstanding nail technician! I'm sorry Tricoci stopped doing internal surveys so I could provide more detailed feedback on a regular basis for management, as I generally don't do public reviews. But Zhanna deserves the recognition from her clients as she is an expert and Tricoci is lucky to have her on staff. It's one of the main reasons I come to this salon. My manicure is perfect every time.
