ServiceMaster Restoration by Simons could not have been a better partner in getting through a recent rain water infiltration episode at my lakefront high-rise rental condo. These guys were prompt, professional and productive from the moment I called frantically looking for help right through final pick-up of their moisture mitigating equipment the next week. All the while, their excellent customer service approach kept me informed + updated (aka: "calm") about the processes being utilized to dry the unit out, remove the damaged flooring materials, etc. and help ward off secondary loss. Obviously, I hope to never experience another disaster like this, but, if I do, I know having ServiceMaster Restoration by Simons as a resource will help me endure and emerge with my property protected and my sanity intact.
