Dr. Simon was really kind and helpful during my visit. She was able to reassure and answer all of my questions.

I have been seeing Dr Simon for over 2 years and LOVE her. She is sweet, caring and amazingly knowledgeable. She is hard to get into when a new patient but after that she will accommodate you if possible. She also is amazing with follow ups. I would suggest emailing her via My Chart to get quick responses. Her schedule seems quite cramped with patients but she responds (or nurses respond) quite quickly via email. I am sorry to see others have had 1 star experiences. I have sent my Mom, Husband and daughter there since having such a great experience.

We are leaving this practice after trying them for over a year. This has been the singularly worst experience I have ever had with a Doctor's office in my life. I was taking my daughter to Dr Simon for acne; on the first visit, she spent all of five minutes with us. Told us it was fairly typical, try these two things, they should work and there was no need for a follow up! How totally flippant can a doctor be?! When we had no success with what was originally prescribed, it took us over 2 months to reschedule. I then spent more time with the nurse trying to figure out what she had prescribed then with Dr. Simon. (there was a night application and a morning application).... read full review
