Such a wonderful place for kids hair cuts! We had Ms. Jill today and she is the most kind and patient person I have ever met! She made sure our son was comfortable and happy the whole time and not a single tear was shed. Very happy with the service and will definitely be back! We even got a little certificate for our son's first hair cut
5 minute hack job of a haircut for $30, and had to wait well past our appt time even though they send several reminders for us to be on time. They do make it kid friendly and my son enjoyed the experience but we will be looking elsewhere.
Former KidSnips customer here. I was Becca's client for many years at the Vernon Hills location. Saw her for a short time here before turning 18. They keep the store clean, the receptionist and hairdressers are all very kind, however the store location can be difficult to get to for some.
