I have worked with many staffing agencies in the past while looking for work and CultureFit Tech Staffing just landed me my dream job. I worked directly with Alexis and Zach. These two rockstars have to be the best in the business. They went well above exceeding my expectations. This was my first time working with CultureFit. I have worked with recruiters before, who had no interest in pairing me with a company I was compatible with. Enter CultureFit (found me on LinkedIn when I set my status to 'open to work) and my view of recruiting is forever changed. Sherita made sure to provide me with full disclosure on anything that someone might consider a dealbreaker straight away and was fully knowledgeable about my endless questions.
