    QCSS is by far the best establishment I have ever worked for. This is the first time in all of my years of working feeling apart of a company. The atmosphere is amazing everyone here is extremely nice. The owner is so down to earth and welcoming. All of the managers on the floor or helpful and will go over and beyond to make sure the staff have all the knowledge that they need to succeed. You will never feel like you’re on your own when starting a new campaign.I always wanted a job that I can go to and feel like I don’t need a vacation from it. Starting here at QCSS I finally achieved my goal.

    My family has owned this company since before I was born and have sacrificed their lives to build their own business and achieve the American dream. I am very proud of them. They love this business and their employees so much so I wanted to leave a review.

    Used to work here many years ago, but this review is more in response to Miguel's 1 star below. There is a few things to note about his review. One of those things is the zero tolerance policy on cell phones. All call centers that have clients that collect ANY personal data from customers are required to enforce this, to ensure the privacy of the call center clients customers. Otherwise, you could take a picture of someone's address, phone number, or even a credit card number and steal stuff. It's a pretty simple rule to follow.
